O1. Online Marketplace Model

Aradhita.com acts as an e-commerce platform that enables third-party sellers (“Suppliers”) to offer products for sale. We collect orders and payments on behalf of these Suppliers. Fulfilment, shipping, and after-sales service are the sole responsibility of the respective Suppliers.

O2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that:
  • You are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

    You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information while registering and placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

    We strive to ensure accurate product listings. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is error-free. All information is provided “as is” and subject to change without notice.

    O5. Payments & Invoicing

    All payments are securely processed via Razorpay or other approved gateways. We collect payments on behalf of the Supplier. Invoices issued are GST-compliant as per Indian regulations.

    O6. Shipping & Delivery

    Orders are fulfilled by Suppliers using third-party couriers. Estimated delivery timelines and applicable shipping charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the shipping partner.

    O7. Returns & Refunds

    Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Eligibility and process details are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Return conditions vary by Supplier and product category.

    O8. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, and software—is the property of MangoCraft Networks LLP or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written consent.
