Overview

Aradhita.com is operated by MangoCraft Networks LLP, and serves as an online marketplace connecting buyers with third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”). Orders placed on the Site are fulfilled and shipped by Suppliers using independent third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

O1. Order Processing

A. Orders are processed by the respective Supplier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
B. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
C. You will receive:
  • An order confirmation email upon successful placement.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the item is dispatched.
  • O2. Shipping Within India

    A. Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
    B. Shipping Charges:
  • Free shipping on orders ₹ or above.
  • Flat shipping charge of ₹  for orders below ₹999.
  • C. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier location, courier delays, or public holidays.

    O3. International Shipping

    As of now, we do not ship outside India.

    O4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.
  • Registered users can also track their orders in My Account > Orders on the Site.
  • O5. Delays, Damage, Or Lost Shipments

    If your order is:
  • Delayed beyond the estimated window
  • Lost in transit
  • Delivered in damaged condition
  • Please contact us at info@mangocraftnetworks.com within 5 days of the expected delivery. We will coordinate with the Supplier and logistics partner for resolution.

    O6. Shipping Errors & Address Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure accurate shipping information during checkout.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded or reshipped unless returned undelivered by the courier.
  • If you realize an error post-purchase, contact us immediately. While we’ll try our best, we cannot guarantee address updates after dispatch.
  • O7. Supplier Responsibility

    While MangoCraft Networks LLP facilitates order processing and payment, the responsibility for:
  • Product availability
  • Packing and dispatch
  • Timely shipment
  • Post-sale support
  • rests solely with the respective Supplier.
